For reservations, a 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receipt of confirmation.

A reservation deposit can be paid in the following ways:
- by bank transfer in HUF to our HUF bank account
- or in euros to our EUR bank account. If a transfer is made in EUR to our HUF bank account, a transaction fee will be charged to our guests.
If the transfer/deposit has been made, please let us know via one of our contact details!
Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations not received by the deadline will be cancelled without prior notice.
- The deposit paid will not be refunded.
- The reservation can be modified or transferred once.
- We can only accept cancellation in writing.
- In case of early departure or cancellation on the spot, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
The indicated amounts are gross prices, tourist tax and travel expenses are NOT included!
Pursuant to Government Decree CLVI of 01 September 2016, all our guests will be required to provide photo identification upon arrival, which the hotel is obliged to record in the VIZA database.
This means that even newborns will need an ID card or passport to check in.
